Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat Of Juniper Woods From R-1 <br />Rural Residential To R-1 Urban Residential; Case Of Mr. Dick <br />Knutson, BLH Development Company: <br /> <br />Nm'. Banwart reported that the City's request for a MUSA boundary expansion has been approved. <br />A portion of that expansion was designated to accommodate ,Juniper Woods. Mr..Knutson of <br />BLH Development Company is now requesting approval to rezone the proposed .Juniper Woods <br />from R-1 Rural Residential to R-I Urban Residential. The Planning and Zoning Commission has <br />conducted the public heating and recommends approval of the request. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Findings of <br />Fact WO2~6 relating to Mr. Dick Knutson's request to rezone the proposed Juniper Woods from R- <br />I Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
