Voting No: None, Case #4: Request To Rezone The Proposed Plat ()f Cedar Hills From R-I Rural Residential to R-I Urban Residential: Case Of Mr. VVaIly Anderson, ARADCO, Inc.: Mr. Banwart stated that the recently approved MUSA expansion ,,,,'as designated to also serve the proposed plat of Cedar Hills. Mr. Anderson is requesting approva! to rezone the proposed plat to R-1 Urban Residential at this time. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hea,'dng and recommended approval to rezone Cedar Hills. Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adorn Findings of Fact #0258 relating to Mr. Waljv Anderson's request to rezone the proposed Cedar .~l!s from R-1 Rural Residential to R-I Urban Residential.
