N.W.: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka reported that per Council direction, he has performed a preliminau, study regarding <br />improvements to Ute Street N.W. Ixir. Raatildta stated that an additional 20 feet of right-of-way <br />would be required to bring the right-of-way width up to 50 feet; consmacting a strec~ with a 66 foot <br />r/ght-of-way width would require the removal of many mature trees, which would add greatly to <br />the cost of construction. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to schedule an <br /> <br />City Council/July 25, 1989 <br />Page 12 of 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
