License applications <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mavor Reimann requested that City Staff verify that Springer <br />Builders is not a situation of a business operating in a R-I Rural Residential <br />DistricL <br /> <br />Resolution 89-08-182 approving first half bills for August, 1989 in the amount of <br />$.~84,881.84. <br /> <br />Application for exemption from charitable gambling license from the Minnesota <br />Deer Hunters Association for August 11-13, 1989 at the Game Fair, 8404 ]61st <br />Avenue N.W. and waive the 30 day comment period. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca noted that the. cop.',, of the charitable <br />gambling license application provided in the agenda is poor quality and illegible; <br />quality of prints should be checked during agenda preparation. <br /> <br />Resolution #89-08-183 approving ~te-off of fire bills that exceed the Statute of <br />Limitations in collection period. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca noted that the information provided <br />indicates that fn-es are occurring more than once at some addresses; situations like <br />this should be looked into. Councilmember Pearson inquired as to why payment of <br />the fzre bills was not pursued.
