Otto explained that well over a year ago,/~. Knutson submitted a preliminary plat to <br />develop Juniper Woods at urban densities. The plat was laid aside due to the fact that <br />Juniper Woods could not be developed at urban densities until the MUSA line was <br />expanded. The subject area was brought into the MUSA area and can nov,, be developed at <br />urban densities. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded'by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Ordinance -S. 89-18 to rezone the plat of Juniper Woods from R- 1 Rural Residential to R- 1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Cich. Voting No: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Case #7: <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval For Juniper Woods; Case Of <br />Mr. Dickman Knutson: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Staff are <br />recommending final plat approval of Juniper Woods.
