Mr. Otto expiained that hem #7 of the proposed conditional use permit dated August 2, 1989. as proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, could be so burdensome as to resu'-ict Mr. Milinkovich from even washing the exterior of the cars on his property. Understanding the concerns of the Planning Commission and the intent of ltem #7, City Staff revised lmm #'7 and added an Item #8. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting No: None. Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permit Renewal For Welding Business At 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. Michael Baehr: Sylvia Frolik stated that Mr. Baehr was ~anted a conditional use permit in 1988 for a welding business One of the terms of the pe~,-Tnit included a one vear expL'-ation date with the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit. The property was inspected and is in compliance with the terms of the conditional use permit. Motion by Counciimember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve Ma-. Michael Baehr's request for a two year renewal of the conditional use permit to have a welding business in the accessou, structure at 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.
