Mr. Otto expiained that hem #7 of the proposed conditional use permit dated <br />August 2, 1989. as proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission, could be so <br />burdensome as to resu'-ict Mr. Milinkovich from even washing the exterior of the cars on <br />his property. Understanding the concerns of the Planning Commission and the intent of <br />ltem #7, City Staff revised lmm #'7 and added an Item #8. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #15: Request For Conditional Use Permit Renewal For Welding <br /> Business At 17801 St. Francis Blvd. N.W.; Case Of Mr. <br /> Michael Baehr: <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik stated that Mr. Baehr was ~anted a conditional use permit in 1988 for a <br />welding business One of the terms of the pe~,-Tnit included a one vear expL'-ation date with <br />the option for renewal. Mr. Baehr is requesting a two year renewal of the permit.
