Voting No: None. <br /> <br />c) Public Works facility <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson stated that the City should seriously consider constructing a new <br />public works garage and fire barn. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley replied that the Public Works relocation and expansion will be included in the <br />1990 budget discussions. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimm'~n requested that Cit.',' Staff perform some preliminary, studies regarding <br />relocating the Public Works facility. <br /> <br />d) Appeals Board <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the City adopted the Uniform Building Code some time ago; that <br />code requires the City to establish an Appeals Board; there is currently a situation in the <br />Ciw which calls for the attention of the Appeals Board; City Council should begin to <br />consider establishing an Appeals Board with no more than 5 members.
