Voting X/es: ChaSwnan Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer <br />and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, La_Due and ~,~ .' <br /> I ,...~F~, . <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend Item <br />#i7 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the applicant is proposing to increase <br />the total amount of ve!',icle display/customer parking spaces from 57 ~o 140. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer <br />and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, LaDue and Ten3.'. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded bv Commissioner Deemer to amend Item <br />#21 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed expansion will not be <br />unduly dangerous to persons residing or working in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer stated that the business will be dangerous to <br />the public unless off-street parking is provided during off-business hours.
