Absent: Commissioners Shumway, LaDue and Ten'3,. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to <br />recommend that City Council deny Robert and Louis Wojcik's request for a conditional use <br />permit to expand Ramsey Auto Sales. Further, that if City Council chooses to approve the <br />request for a conditional use permit, that the case be returned to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for the purpose of drafting terms to be included in the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
