Previous to the taking of property <br />for County Road #5, this parcel had a total azreage of 4.99 acres. The subdivision consists of two <br />(2) 2.3 acre lots. The existing and proposed land use is R-1 Rural Residential. The proposed land <br />use is R-1R Rural Residential.
