NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on TUESDAY, October 3,1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Harley A. Gordon's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Gordon's Gardens 2nd Addition. The plat consists of 26.24 acres and is <br />proposed to be developed with seven (7) single-family rural residential lots. The property is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Gordon's Gardens Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat <br />approval. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
