NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thai the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public <br />hearing on Tuesday, October 3,1989, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Allen Sorteberg's request for preliminary plat <br />approval of the proposed Sorteberg's 6th Addition. The plat consists of 49.87 acres and is <br />proposed to be developed with seventeen (17) single-family rural residential lots. The <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 60 rods thereof. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat <br />approvat. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
