CASE #12: <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE THE PROPOSED PLAT OF FLEISCHER'S 2ND <br />ADDITION FROM R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL AND B-1 BUSINESS TO R~I <br />URBAN RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF DOLORAS FLEISCHER <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Doloras Fleischer is requesting approval to rezone the proposed plat of Fleischer's 2nd Addition to <br />R-1 Urban Residential. The subject parcel is located east of Nowthen Blvd. and south of 148tti <br />Lane and is approximately 45 acre~. in size. The property is presently zoned with R-1 Urban <br />Residential, R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business. The applicant is proposing to develop the <br />plat with 87 single family lots to be served by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />There are mixed opinions regarding the proposed rezoning among some of the City Staff.
