NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MLNNESOTA <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsev's Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 1980 at ~:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request bv Deloras S. Fleisher and William <br />Baker to rezone certain property from R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential in order to develop the property with approximately 87 singk family lots to bt.. served <br />by sanitary sewer and municipal water. The subject property is legally describe~ as follows. <br /> <br />That pan of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and of the Southwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter lying northeasterly of Count}, Road No. 5, Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25 (except the two following described tracts). (1) The east 220 feet of the <br />south 1386 feet of the west half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying northerly of the center line of County Road No. 5 as the same is laid out <br />and traveled; (2) That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, that is described as follows. Commencing at the intersection of <br />the Nowthen Road so called and the north line of said Section 26 and proceeding then in a <br />southeasterly direction along the center line of said Nowthen Road for a distance of 54 rods <br />proceeding then in a northeasterly direction and at fight angles to said Nowthen Road so <br />called for a distance of 16 rods proceeding then northwesterly in a straight line to the <br />common corner between Section 25 and 26, 23 and 24, said township and range <br />proceeding then west on the north line of said Section 26 to the point of commencment <br />(except that pan taken for Highway by Count,. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for <br />rezoning <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
