The existing and proposed zoning is R- IR Rural Residential. The property is generally located in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter, the North Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter and that pan of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter lying West of the center line of State Highway 4447, all in Section t 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. And, that pan of the West 224 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota lying Southerly of the centerline of Trott Brook.
