Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an are of approximately 153 acres and consists of 58 Rural <br />Residential lots. The average density is 2.6 acres per tot. The existing and proposed zoning is R- <br />IR Rural Residential. The property is generally located in the North Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter, the North Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter and that pan of the West Half <br />of the Northwest Quarter lying West of the center line of State Highway 4447, all in Section t 1, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. And, that pan of the West 224 feet of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />Count),, Minnesota lying Southerly of the centerline of Trott Brook. For your information, the <br />following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (September 27, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On September 12, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Gerald <br />J. Bauer for Trott Brook Ponds Addition. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends sketch plan approval and directing the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary <br />plat stage as per City En~neer's review of September 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval of Trott Brook Ponds Addition and to direct the subdivider to <br />proceed to preliminary plat stage as per City En~neer's review dated September 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Cit-3..'
