Banwart, Community De~'elopment Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an area of approximately 80 acres and consists of eleven (I 1 ) Rural <br />Residential lots, two (2) outlots and designated park areas. The density of this plat is one <br />dwelling per each 6.7 acres with a park area of approximately 16.9 acres (21% of the total land <br />area). The current and proposed land use is R-iR Rural Residential District. The property is <br />generally described as the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range <br />25, and Lot 8, Block 6, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka Coanty, Minnesota.
