Absent: None. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Voting <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING 1990 BUDGET: <br /> <br /> Mr. Otto informed the Commission that if they are considering adjustments to the 1990 <br /> budget, there is a public hearing scheduled lot Thursday, September 21st. <br /> <br /> c) COMMISSION REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br /> Acting Chairman Hetland noted that the October meeting agenda will have a case on it <br /> regarding Commission reappointments. <br /> <br /> d ) .'TEEN CENTER: <br /> <br /> Acting Chairman Hetland stated he would like to see a structured program for use of the <br /> Teen'Center;- <br /> <br /> Ms. Dodge gave the Commission a copy of the Teen Center scheduling calendar. <br /> <br /> Discussion ensued regarding who uses the building and for what. It was stated that the <br /> building should be used more, and that use of it should be subsidized by the City's General <br /> Fund. <br /> <br /> e ) COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN: <br /> <br /> Merland Otto informed the Commission that the City Council has authorized the Park <br /> Commission lo work on the comprehensive parks plan. <br /> <br /> ADJOURN <br /> <br /> Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn the <br /> meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion carried: Voting Yes: Acting Chairman hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Roselle <br /> and Rustad.
