The average density is 2.5 acres per lot. The existing and proposed zoning is R- <br />I R Rural Residential District. The property is generally located on part of Government Lots 2 and <br />3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 26-32-25-24- <br />0001 and 26-32-25-24-0002.
