The remaining lot will have an acreage of 10 <br />acres. The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R, Rural Residential District. The property is <br />located in the South Half of the Southwest Qua,ncr of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.. The P.I.N. is 17-32-25-13-0001.
