NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given thal the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 6, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider James M. Martin's request for preliminary plat approval of the proposed Tooth Acres Addition. The plal consists of approximately 108 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 21 single family rural residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: JAMES M. MARTIN AND PATRICIA D.
