Banwart, Com~nunity Development Direct'or <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an area of approximately 200 acres and would consist of <br />approximately forty-three (43) single family rural residential lots. The existing and proposed land <br />use is R-iR Rural Residential District. The property is legally described as the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The <br />PIN's are: 07-32-25-42-0001, 07-32-25-43-0001, 07-32-25-44-0001, 07-32-25-44-0002, 07-32- <br />25-44-0003, 07~32-25-44-0004 and 08-32-25-33-0001. (October 28, 1989) <br />City Engineer's Review (October 31, 1989) <br />City Landscape Architect's Review (November 2, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On April 12, 1988, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the sketch plan and <br />reconxnended the subdivider to proceed to preliminary plat with the following revisions: <br /> <br />A) <br />B) <br />c) <br />D) <br /> <br />169th Avenue N.W. to be extended to connect with Baugh Street N.W. <br />169th Avenue N.W. to be widened to 66'. <br />Anoka County be contacted regarding plans for County Road #83. <br />That the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission review the proposed plat. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and plat from Irv Carr for Carr <br />Addition. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission accepted land to satisfy the <br />park dedication requirement. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends preliminary plat approval of Carr Addition as per the City Landscape Architect's <br />review of November 2, 1989 and the City Engineer's review dated October 31, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
