Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed minor subdivision has a total area of 8.68 acres and will consist of two (2) £ 1/2 <br />acre lots wilh lhe remainder as a lot wilh 3.68 acres. The existing proposed land use is R-1 <br />Rural Residential Districl. The property is generally located in part of the North half of the <br />Northeasl Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The PiN's <br />are: 14-32-25-11-0001 and 14-32-25-12-0005.
