The plat consists of approximately 200 acres and is <br /> ....... ~;(~d to be developed with approximately forty-three (43) single family rural residential lots. <br />i'he property is legal}y described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary <br />plat approval. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
