NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 6, 1989 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider James M. Martin's request <br />to rezone the proposed plat of Tooth Acres Addition from I-1 Industrial to <br />R-1 Rural Residential in order to develop the approximately 108 acres of <br />property with 21 single family rural residential lots.
