Motion by Commissioner Lokker and seconded by Commission Rustad to accept cash in the <br />amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the newly created lot as satisfaclion of the park <br />dedication requirement for Crooked Oak Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Rustad and <br />Roselle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Rustad and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to approve sketch plan <br />review and recommend the minor subdivision to proceed to the City Council for final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Rustad and <br />Roselle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Case #3 <br /> <br />Request for sketch plan review of Troll Brook Ponds Addition: case <br />,of Gerald J. Bauer, <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer was presenl for the meeting. <br /> <br />Medand Otto pointed out the different dedication options as stated in a letter sent to Acting <br />Chairman Helland wilh a carbon copy to Mr. Bauer, dated October 2, 1989. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding these options and placement of a park. <br /> <br />Merland Otto reviewed the recommendation for park dedication for Trott Brook Pond. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Chairman Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to make the following <br />recommendation for park dedication requirements for Trott Brook Pond: Acquire land along <br />Trott Brook, the North/South Corridor along the easterly boundary known as Lot 5, Block 1, <br />then going East across Lots 6 through 14, Block 1 along the Northerly border of the plat along <br />State Highway #47 down to the southern border of the Plat. It is also recommended that the <br />trail corridor be approximately 100 - 125' in width along Trott Brook and a 75' wide trail <br />right-of-way be provided on the easterly side; the remainder of park dedication requirements <br />will be satisfied with cash. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Prall, Lokker, Rustad and <br />Roselie. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and Johnson. <br /> <br />Case #4 <br /> <br />Request for sketch plan review of Trott Brook Ridqe Addition: case <br />of Dean D.
