With <br />the assumption no river crossing will occur in the future, the sketch would be <br />accel~table. While understanding the concern regardi.ng the change in platting <br />reqmrements in the City of Ramsey, if this location ~s going to be pursued as a river <br />crossing location, it does not seem prudent to plat the corridor as residential lots. <br />Residential lots in the corridor itself, become another reason for not pursuing a river <br />crossing in this area.
