Case #6: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF OLEO ACRES <br />ADDITION; CASE OF BOYD R. HANSON <br /> By: Mark S. Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition has an area of 19.30 acres and will consist of four (4) rural residential lots. <br />Three of the lots will have an acreage of 2.5 acres. The remaining lot will have an acreage of 10 <br />acres. The existing and proposed zoning is R-IR, Rural Residential District. The property is <br />located in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 17-32-25-13-0001. For your <br />information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />City Engineer's review (September 26, 1989) <br />City Landscape Architect's review (September 26, 1989) <br />Notice of public hearing <br />Public hearing notice mailing list <br />Affidavit of Publication <br />City Engineer's review (October 31, 1989) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On September 11, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Boyd R. <br />Hanson for Oleo Acres Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission accepted the sketch plan for <br />Oleo Acres Addition and recommended that the subdivider proceed to the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />cash in the amount of $1,500.00 ($500.00 per lot) for the three (3) newly created lots as <br />satisfaction of the park dedication requirement. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends preliminary plat approval of Oleo Acres Addition as per the City Engineer's <br />review dated October 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend/not recommend preliminary plat approval for Oleo Acres Addition as per the <br />City Engineer's review of October 31, 1989. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> Chief of Police <br /> Finance Officer <br />X Planning & Zoning Comm.
