NOTICE OF PUBLIC ItKtRING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 6, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Boyd R. Hanson's request for preliminaw plat approval of the proposed Oleo Acres Addition. The plat consists of 19.30 acres and is proposed be, developed with approximately 4 single family rural residential lots. The property is legally described as follows: That part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, ' :,wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter which is 150.00 feet South of the Northeast comer thereof; thence South along said East line to the South line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North along said West line to the North line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East along the North line thereof to a point that is 300.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence southeasterly in a straight line to the point of beginning. All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for preliminary plat approval. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 6, 1989.
