The gross density of the proposed subdivision is 3.97 acres per <br />residence. The existing and proposed land use is R-1 Rural Residential. The property is <br />generally located in the East Half of the Northwest Quarler of the West Half of the Northeast <br />... ~rter lying South of Duff and Towel Estates and West of Highway #47.
