Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />B'4ckground: <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has an area of approximately 108 acres and consists of 20 Rural <br />Residential lots and one outlot of 41.7 acres. The average density of the Rural Residential lots is <br />2.9 acres per lot (20 lots). In addition, a proposed trail has an area of 4.4 acres. The existing and <br />proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential and I-1 Industrial District. The property is generally <br />located in the South half of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and <br />part of Section 33, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The PIN is: 33-32-25- <br />21-0001 and 0004; 28-32-25-34-0001 and 33-32-25-12-0002. Martin for Tooth Acres Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission accepted the sketch plan for <br />Tooth Acres Addition and dkected the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary plat stage as per the <br />City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />the combination of land (75' trail corridor) and cash to satisfy the park dedication contingent upon <br />Anoka County not being able to purchase the land. <br /> <br /> <br />
