Martin for Tooth Acres Addition. <br /> <br />On October 3, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission accepted the sketch plan for <br />Tooth Acres Addition and dkected the subdivider to proceed to the preliminary plat stage as per the <br />City Engineer's review dated September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />On October 12, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />the combination of land (75' trail corridor) and cash to satisfy the park dedication contingent upon <br />Anoka County not being able to purchase the land. <br /> <br /> <br />
