Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />John Belinski, Waltek, Inc. plans to construct a 60' x 50' expansion to an existing building. <br />Both the proposed and existing buildings are of pole-type construction with steel siding. The <br />property address is 14310 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. The property is currently zoned I-1 <br />Industrial and the intended use would conform with this zoning classification. The P.I.N. is 27- <br />32-25-41-0003.
