The average size is 2.5 acres per unit. Tile existing and proposed land use is R- <br />IR Rural Residential District. The proFeny is located on Governmem Lot 3, Section I9, <br />Township 32, Range 24, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 19-32-24-32-000!. For your <br />information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />A) <br />B) <br />C) <br />D) <br />E) <br />F) <br />O) <br /> <br />Site Location Map <br />Proposed PUD <br />Landscape Architect's Review (October 31, 1989) <br />City Engineer's Review (October 31, 1989) <br />Notice of Public Hearing (November 1, 1989) <br />Public Hearing Notification List <br />City Engineer's Review (Decem~r 5, 1989) (Available at meeting) <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On November 2, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Jack <br />Miller for Rum River Bluff Addition. <br /> <br />On November 2, 1989, the City of Ramsey received an application from Jack Miller to rezone the <br />proposed Rum River Bluff Addition from R-1R (Rural Residential Disu'ict) to a PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development). <br /> <br />On November 6, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled this case until their <br />special meeting scheduled for November 21, 1989. <br /> <br />On November 9, 1989, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of <br />the sketch plan subject to modifications suggested on November 9th with the condition that a <br />suitable vehicle access be worked out. The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission also <br />reserves the right to review the possibility of an island park dedication at its December 14, 1989 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />On November 21, 1989, at a special meeting of the Ramsey Park Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, the Commission tabled the sketch plan for Rum River Bluff pending a <br />recommendation from the City Engineer regarding constructing Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. as a <br />through street, reconfi~-mration of the plat to at least connect with Oneida Sn:eet N.W. to the north, <br />clarification of existing easements to Ouflot A of Stanhope River Hills Addition, a recommendation <br />from the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission regarding park dedication requirements and <br />providing for 200 feet of street frontage at the park area. <br /> <br />Recommen dations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends preliminary plat approval (pLrD concept plan) as per the City Engineer's Review <br />dated December 5, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
