NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNq'Y STATE OF MENrNrESOTA TO WltOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Gerald Bauer's request to rezone the proposed plat of Tron Brook Ponds from R-1 Rural Residential to Planed Unit Development (P.U.D.) in order to develop the subject property with 61 single family residential lots.
