Tom stated that if sewer and water <br />comes to the area, he would not'be able to afford it and he would have to sell his home. <br />Tom stated that he is concerned that Git>' Council doesn't try and slow down development. <br /> <br />Beverly Semanko ~ Stated that when she put an addition on her home she was told by City <br />Staff that because of the water table there were many problems with on-site septic systems <br />in this particular area. Beverly stated tha: there should be more research before allowing <br />an.',, more homes and on-site systems in an area that is already questionable. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen stated that the proposed plat ,...'ill be reviewed by the City <br />Engineer and ho will determine if there is a sufficient amount of soils adequate to support <br />on-site systems. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Terry, Deemer <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None.
