Case #4: Reqlcest for sketch_Dian r~¥iew, of Run1 River Bluff Addition; Case <br /> .of Jack MilDer. <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Frank, representing Mr. Jack Miller, reviewed a special park dedication plan that Mr. <br />Miller would like to propose to the Parks Commission. He is proposing that the Parks <br />Commission accept a portion of an island that is part of the plat as his park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to approve the park <br />dedication subject to the modifications suggested on November 9 with the condition that a <br />suitable vehicle access be worked out. The Park Commission also reserves the right to review <br />the possibility of an island park dedication after Mr. Frank has discussed the possibility with <br />the DNR. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Commissioners Shumway, Johnson, Prall, Lokker, Rustad, and <br />Rosalie. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Hetland. <br /> <br />Case #5: Namin~ of Ramsay Municipal Perks, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Prall to table this issue. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Commissioners Shumway, Johnson, Prall, Lokker, Rustad, and <br />Roselle. Cart Addition; Case of <br /> Jrv Carr, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Roselle to accept 20.3 acres <br />of land and the remainder in cash to satisfy park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Commissioners Shumway, Johnson, Prall, Lokker, Rustad, and <br />Roselle. Voting No: None.
