NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOIC,~ COUNTY <br />STATE OF MiN2,~ESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsev Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Hokanson Construction, Inc.'s request to rezone <br />thc proposed plat of Heatherwood Hills from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit Development <br />(P.U.D.) in order to develop the subject property with 37 single family residential lots. The <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Qum'ter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, <br />Range 25 lying Westerly of the Westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Hwy. No. 47 <br />(aka St. Francis Blvd. N.W.) and lying Southerly of the South line of Duff and Towel <br />Estates; except road; subject to easement of record; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, <br />Range 25 lying Southwesterly of the centerline of T.H. No. 47; except road; subject to <br />easement of record; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying Southwesterly of the <br />centerline of T.H. No. 47 except road; subject to easement of record; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25; <br />except that part lying Easterly of the West line and it's Northerly extension to the North line <br />of said Quarter/Quarter of Duff and Towel Estates; also except road; subject to easement of <br />record; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25 <br />(Except #4550) (Except #4560) (Except #4570) (Except #4540). <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for rezoning. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
