Caine and comments <br />were prepared and sent directly to him with a cop>' to the City on <br />November 7. 1989. ~or you convenience, I am enclosing a cop>' of <br />those comments. <br /> <br />Morten Addition <br /> <br />In general our comments are the same as those made on the Trott <br />Brook Ponds plat. <br /> <br />- We suggest a minimum, of 60' of right of way be <br /> provided for future upgrading. <br /> <br />Our preference would be to eliminate all direct <br />access ~o I.H. 47 and provide ali lots with access <br />via city streets, if possible. <br /> <br /> <br />
