Tom stated that if sewer and water <br />comes to the area, he would not be able to afford it and he would have to sell his home. <br />Tom stated that he is concerned that City Council doesn't rD' and slow down development. <br /> <br />Beverly Semanko - Stated that when she put an addition on her home she ,,','as told by City <br />Staff that because of the water table there ,.,,,ere many problems with on-site septic systems <br />in this particular area. Beverly stated that there should be more research before all'owing <br />any more homes and on-site systems in an area that is already questionable. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen stated that the proposed plat will be reviewed by the City <br />Engineer and he will determine if there is a sufficient amount of soils adequate to support <br />on-site systems. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />blotion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner L'aDue to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
