Councilmember Pearson said that he agreed with Mayor Reimann in the ,tact that the decision <br />should be up to the citizens. He also agreed with Councilmember DeLuca regarding banking land <br />now for a future trail system. <br /> <br />Ct;)' Administrator David Hadley stated that the Budget Committee discussed the possibility of a <br />bond issue to make improvement to some o,t the parks and trails. <br /> <br />Mr. Medand Otto told the Council that the Park Commission needs some kind ot direclion wilh <br />respect to trails.
