7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />~o) <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />13) <br /> <br />14) <br /> <br />15) <br /> <br />Timt Section 170.016K of the Ramsey City Code states that the intent of a Planned Unit <br />Development is to preserve desirable land characteristics and open space and to protect <br />sensitive environmental features such as steep slopes, poor soils and trees. <br /> <br />That Section 170.016K of the Ramsey City Code states that a Planned Unit Development <br />shall provide a minimum of twenty percent (20%) for private or public open space air <br />recreational uses. <br /> <br />That the subject plat contains floodways that the City is interested in accumulating for storm <br />water management. <br /> <br />That the subject plat contains property that the City is interested in accumulating for it's <br />multi-use u'ail system. <br /> <br />That the preliminary site plan for Heathcrwood Hills indicates that <br />preserved for park and storm water management purpooses. <br /> <br />% of the land will be <br /> <br />That the preliminary site plan indicates a proposal to develop Heatherwood Hills at a <br />minimum density of one unit per 2.5 acres with~/~lsingle family residential lots at least <br />acres in size. -ttr/ <br /> <br /> <br />
