ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. • 'AN ORDINANCE DELETING SEC - TION 34 -21 .WEAPONS AND REPLACING IT WITH THE FOLLOW- ING SECTION 34 -21 WEAPONS. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1 AUTHORITY This ofdinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the City Charter of'theeCity of Ri3msey. SECTION 2 SUMMARY The following is the official sum - mary of Ordinance #13 -07, which has been approved by the City Council of the. City of Ramsey as clearly inform- ing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordi- nance #13 -07 to amend the Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Chapter 34, Article II, Section 34 -21 Weapons to more clearly define said section relating to firearlrs: and bows and arrows as well asthepermittingpro- cess for the discharge of same. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordi- nance, is thirty (30) days after its pas- sage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.06.
