ORDINANCE #13 -11 • CITY OF 'RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA • AN ORDINANCE. ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED. BY'. THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City:of Ramsey. SECTION 2. PURPOSE Per 5701.10 (fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, Service Charges, and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 20131. This is known as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. SECTION 3. SCHEDULE' The permit fees and service charges are.hereby amended for the year 2013, adjusting the Rental License Fee for new construction and the Septic Pumping Permit. (Septic Tank Pumping Permit /$20.0.0. Mul- tiple Dwelling /Residential Rental [initial license] - 2 -year license, if inspection already covered w /C /O $37.5 0 /Unit SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effec- tive 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section '5.04.
