The concept plan was discussed by Mr. Otto and the
Commission. With regard to the location of the trail corridor, it was mentioned that the existing
structure may be an historical site. A portion of the dedicated land area is wetlands. Only a portion
of the park dedication requirement was met with land in the original concept plan. The
Commission requested that Gerald Bauer reconfigure the dedicated land area to meet the park
dedication requirements. Mr. Bauer agreed to reconfigure a trail corridor to meet park dedication
requirements.

Motion by Commissioner Shumway and duly seconded by Commissioner Prall to modify the park
land dedication along the South side of Trott Brook in order to keep the lots no less than one (1)
acre in size and to adjust width of trail corridor to thirty-five feet (35') near the existing structure
for a distance of approximately one hundred sixty feet (160'), then narrow to 25' continuing at a
width of 25' for a distance of approximately twenty-five feet (25') past the house thence widening
to seventy-five feet (75').

Park and Recreation Commission /December 14, 1989
Page 2 of 5
