CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December 19, 1989 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Merland Otto/H'~anson Anderson (arrived 7:20 p.m.) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the City Council meeting to order at 6:42 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve <br />the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Table Case #5 (Request for preliminary plat approval of Tooth Acres <br />Addition; Case of James Martin) at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Case//7 (Request to rezone the proposed plat of Tooth Acres from I-1 <br />Industrial to R-1 Rural Residential; case of James Martin) has been <br />withdrawn at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson, Cich <br />and DeLuca.
