o Proposed slope or grade of ground for a distance of not less than twenty-five feet (25') in front of and in back of the proposed structure. o Environmental The proposed disposal of drainage and surface water, indicating direction of surface water drainage by arrows. (Must be consistent with approved grading or development plan.) The proposed location of drainfield, septic tank and wells (This applies to non-sewered areas). The proposed location of buried fuel tanks (if applicable). All existing wetlands, ponds, streams and lakes to scale from OHW and/or bluff line per U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development National Flood Insurance Program. For ponds and lakes, the normal water level and the 100-year flood elevation must be indicated on the survey. This information can be obtained from the City Engineer's office. Indicate, if known, any grading to be done along State designated Scenic Rum River areas or Mississippi River Critical River's Corridor. Indicate bluff lines. Grading in these areas must comply with applicable City Code/Ordinances. o House / Structure(s) Locations of all existing buildings on the subject lot. Location, including front and side yard setback dimensions to buildings located on adjacent lots. Location, including front, side yard and rear yard setback dimensions to the proposed structure. Note: Rear yard setbacks on shoreline lots must show the shortest dimension from the structure to the ordinary high water contour line of the body of water and indicate bluff line. 4. Outside dimensions of proposed structure, INCLUDING DECKS, PORCItES, CANTS AND STAIRS. The type of building, i.e., split level, rambler, full basement, walkout, lookout windows, etc. IMPORTANT: FOR OTHER REQUIREMENTS, SEE CITY ZONING ORDINANCE SECTIONS 170.015F AND 170.016 A (DISTRICTS) THROUGH 170.016L ANY OTHER INFORMATION DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
