Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden, Deemer, Shumway and TerD,. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to incorporate <br />into the findings a letter from Mn/DOT to Mark Banwart dated November 20, 1989 Alder <br />Glen Addition (now referred to as Heatherwood Hills). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden, Deemer, Shumway and TenD'. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact, as amended, relating to <br />Kirk Corson's request to rezone the proposed plat of Heatherwood Hills to PUD. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
