Hendriksen <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to approve the <br />agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />LaDue and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway and <br />Hendriksen. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS (Continuation Of' December 5, 1989 Agenda) <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary Plat Approval Of Heatherwood Wood <br />Hills; Case Of Hokanson Construction: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated ~at the proposed plat of Heatherwood Hills is being processed as a <br />Planned Unit Development since over 20% of the property will be dedicated for parks, <br />wails and wetland open spaces. At the public hearing on December 5, 1989, concerns were <br />expressed regarding the proposed access onto HWyL #47.
