Cha~le~ LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. J~.~ }lowell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission <br />meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />/3PROVAL OF A~ENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Howell, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Shumway, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chai~man Zimme.-man adjourned the regular meeting at 7:41 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br /> 1. Request to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Bulow's Addition, from <br /> B-1 Business to R-1U Kesidential; case of Arthur Bulow. <br /> <br /> 2.
