PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMS EY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, December <br />27, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnes ora. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember David Bawden <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:38 p.m. <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN I~pUT <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted that Councilmembers Sorteberg and Bawden will be <br />leaving office at the end of the year and thanked them for serving the City <br />well. <br /> <br />Councilmember Bawden stated his appreciation at being appointed to fill the <br />Council vacancy and his regrets that he was not elected to continue to hold <br />that office. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg stated that he enjoyed working with Mayor Reimann <br />over the past 20 years. <br /> <br />John Gobernatz - 15454 Hematite - Inquired as to the status of City <br />discussions regarding the recently adopted park dedication ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart replied that the agendas for the next Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting and Park and Recreation Commission meeting will discuss <br />the park dedication ordinance. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case ~-~10: Bruce Bacon Attending ~ Conference City Council/December 27, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 3 of 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
