6. SEWAGE DISPOSAL RESPONSIBILITY. There is no municipal <br />sewage system or municipal water system serving any portion of <br />NORTHFORK SECOND or of the NORTh. FORK PUD, and therefore, all <br />sewage disposal and water supplies for properties located within <br />said plat and PUD will need to be individual "on-site" systems. <br />All on-site sewage disposal systems shall be located and <br />constructed in accordance with the standards and specifications <br />of the City. Such standards and specifications may include <br />percolation tests and soil borings if determined necessary by the <br />City. In the case of individual on-site system failure, the then <br />property owner agrees to be responsible for the reconstruction of <br />the on-site system. In the case of multiple on-site system <br />failure, the then property owners agree to be responsible for the <br />construction of a community on-site system if directed by the <br />City and/or an appropriate state agency. It is understood b~ <br />this Agreement, that the City has no intention of extending a <br />municipal sewer or water system to serve the subject plat, and <br />that the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has provided no <br />sewage capacity for this area of t_he ~Ct%; of Ram~ey. <br /> <br /> 7. DUT_LD!NG PERK!TS. The Developer agrees that, in <br /> compliance %'ith the City Code, no building permits shall be <br /> issued until the security for the improvements described in <br /> paragraph 2a above has been provided.
